Senior Consultant/ Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Initiate new client relationships and secure high value search and selection assignments through regular networking and cold-calling activities.
- Manage, retain and grow Key Accounts through continuous relationship building and account servicing activities.
- Work closely with the Managing Consultant on a targeted Business Development and Sales management plan
- Conduct placements and provide total solutions to clients’ staffing needs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to cross sell other services and products to meet the needs of the client and increase revenue of branch/division.
- Represent both the employer and employee and to manage & retain clients and candidates.
- Understand account management responsibility and ensure that clients’ requirements are met
- Communicate terms and conditions of business including pricing (with appropriate approval) and guarantee provisions with clients to ensure common understanding of service expectations and costs
- Build and maintain strong relationship with clients and candidates.
- Match and sell jobs to candidates and candidates to jobs
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in any disciplines
- Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience with at least the last 2 years in Executive Search
- Proven track record in Executive Search
- Good knowledge of the recruitment industry including trends, key players and industry contacts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well independently and a team player
- Sales driven and self motivated
