The Position

Reporting to the Head of Dept (HOD), the exceptional person forms part of a team of highly motivated Consultants to identify and develop business opportunities for the company and effectively provide the best candidate matches to our clients.

Your Challenges

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in specialised management position search
  • Present P-Serv unique service portfolio, articulating how the benefits of our service outweigh the client's objections
  • Lead negotiation with client prospects including the identification and discussion of specific terms of deals
  • Develop strategy to secure exclusive search asssignments
  • Search and match candidates to client's requirements
  • Build, manage and maintain winning clients and candidates relationship
  • Achieve high level of successful searches

Our Requirements

  • An accredited full-time Degree/ Diploma, preferably with 2 years of experience as a HR Staffing Specialist, Executive Search and/ or Professional Services Sales
  • Good grades in English or General Paper
  • Good verbal and written communication skill
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Highly resourceful and analytical
  • Highly energised with strong executive presence and professional image
  • Outstanding selling skills with a track record of closing new business
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred
