Business Development Executive

The Position

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, we are looking for an exceptional person with a passion in the HR Solutions and Recruitment Industry to join our dynamic team in developing and growing our business.

Your Challenges

  • Develop business development strategy and actions plans including identification of target companies and key contacts
  • Present P-Serv's unique portfolio, articulating how the benefits of our service outweigh the client's objections
  • Lead negotiations with client prospects including the identification and discussion of specific terms of a deal
  • Assist Consultants in building, servicing and maintaining existing client's relationship
  • Provide Market Intelligence by gathering information about competitors and client needs
  • Ensuring that the company's sales ad marketing objectives are achieved

Our Requirements

  • A recognised diploma/ degree with minimum 2 years' corporate sales experience in the service/ staffing industries
  • Outstanding selling skills with a track record of searching and closing new business
  • Highly energised with strong executive presence and professional image
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation and time management skills
  • Pleasant and well groomed
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred
