Most developed economies are expected to see solid if unremarkable growth, but all are vulnerable to political, social, and market risks. Emerging markets are a study in opposites, with deep recessions in Brazil, Venezuela, and Russia on the one hand contrasting with more robust growth in India and several Southeast Asian markets. The ongoing slowdown in China also adds to the climate of uncertainty.
